Billy Magg

I want everyone in my classes to feel seen. I want to make people leave my classes highly energized, with a smile on their faces. I engage with them before, during and after the classes, to make them feel that they belong and want to do it on a weekly basis.

For me personally, the days when I exercise are the days when I come home with more energy and endorphins, which in the long run benefits my mental health and creates a happier me. Exercise helps me perform better at my job, have energy to positively engage family and friends over the days. And, of course, it makes my body stronger and healthier.

I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by so many inspirators, motivators and educators. They are my family, my friends, all the fellow instructor friends I meet, my trainer colleagues, the participants in my classes. Everyone inspires me in different ways. I absolutely do training for fun! I love to get inspiration by joining other Group Fitness classes than the ones I teach myself.

Kipa Tiivola

For me, exercise is not just about moving, it is an experience. To get most of this experience, I love to know the science and the details behind each move and workout. Being a Trainer is being a servant for our instructors. My greatest reason for being a Trainer is to bring my passion alive: to teach and deliver all the information I’ve gained along my Les Mills journey, so that our instructors have the best odds to inspire further.

My philosophy on health and fitness? Keeping balance in your workouts and diet, and generally in your life. It’s not easy but it helps to take care of your physical and mental health.

When you realize how important activity is for your body and for your mind, you’ll never skip any workout. It is a simple way to relieve stress and anxiety. It builds your mental fortitude. Having a strong, healthy body makes us more confident and happier.

Don’t read about it, don’t talk about it, don’t watch thousands of YouTube videos about How to stay Fit. Don’t listen to other people’s advices on social media, but focuse on the act itself! In so many cases people try to overthink everything istead of acting. People are waiting to create perfect conditions to start doing something, instead of learning that one thing can get you closer to your goals is act of working itself.  You can choose to read others books and stories, or to write your own story.

I was a gymnast for 20 years. Double World Champion and European Champion in Aerobic Gymnastics. I have had the honor to receive the medal for Master of Sport and I also have a PHD. Mom of 2 amazing girls, 5 times National Champion in Artistic Gymnastics, Coach in Women Artistic Gymnastics, Group Fitness Instructor in World Class Romania for over 15 years. I am teaching profiles as Les Mills BODYPUMP, Les Mills CORE, Zumba and Strong. Love the people that I interact with and the energy they give me. I love dancing and I can’t wait to meet you all.

Mihaela Mutu

I have been passionate about movement since I was a little child. When I found Pilates, it literally changed my life in more ways than I ever imagined. Practicing Pilates I have the chance to help myself as a person and as a trainer, and also, to be the principal factor in changing people lives for those who choose to train with me.

I’m given the opportunities to build mindful movement experiences with my participants and I’m having the pleasure to do it.

As an ex track and field athlete I learn how important is physical movement in our lives and how much satisfaction your body and mind gets from it. I practiced performance athletics for 24 years (multiple national and Balkan champion, national record man, multiple medalist at various national and international grand prix). I am very proud of the achievements I have had during these years in the fitness industry, but there is always room for improvement, so I hope that I can still enjoy new challenges.
